This was the challenge we faced when designing and implementing the system for Delta’s administrative building in Belgrade, where one of the key objectives was obtaining the prestigious GREEN certification.

Client Challenge:

Delta HQ (Delta House) needed a complete heating, cooling, and ventilation system that would meet high sustainable building standards. The energy source was the existing power plant, and the solution had to include the installation of indoor units and high-efficiency air handling units on each floor, while meeting strict requirements for energy efficiency and resource reduction.

Our Solution:

Energy Net implemented a decentralized system using cassette-type induction units for heating and cooling in combination with high-efficiency Swegon air handling units on every floor. This approach ensures full control over parameters in each zone of the building, offering maximum flexibility and operational stability.

Results:

After one year of operation, Swegon’s automatic parameterization and monitoring system confirmed the maximum efficiency of the installation. Delta HQ successfully obtained the GREEN certification, and energy costs were minimized, proving the long-term sustainability and economic viability of the solution.
