Case Study: Family House in Puckaroš, Fruška Gora – From Sustainability to Prestigious Interior Design
In the heart of Fruška Gora, in an environment that blends nature, serenity, and modern living, the idea was born to create a home that would be energy-efficient, aesthetically impeccable, and exceptionally comfortable for everyday life.

CHALLENGE

Our team faced the task of completing a full HVAC system for a 380 m² residential property within an extremely short deadline of just two months—from concept and design to complete implementation—while simultaneously following contemporary trends in bathroom and kitchen design.
The client had clearly defined priorities:

• functionality and high energy efficiency,
• a stable and high-quality heating, cooling, and ventilation system,
• consistent indoor air quality in all rooms,
• and a modern, minimalist interior design in bright, neutral tones, free of bold patterns, with uncompromising material quality and finishing.
The project required a high level of coordination between installation and design teams, along with precise planning and execution within a strict timeframe.

OUR SOLUTION

We created a system that unites technical efficiency with aesthetic harmony.
Premium European equipment and materials were selected, with focus on long-term reliability and easy maintenance.

HVAC System:

Heating: Remeha Tzerra 24 kW gas condensing boiler combined with underfloor heating throughout the entire property, ensuring evenly distributed warmth and energy savings.
Sanitary hot water: RemaSol C250 solar collectors for maximum utilization of renewable energy.
Air conditioning: GREE central VRF system with ducted indoor units discreetly integrated into the interior.
Ventilation: 2VV ventilation system with Madel linear diffusers, ensuring uniform fresh air distribution with minimal noise.
